• All of our candles wicks come pretrimmed so there is no need to trim the wick to 1/4 inch on the first burn.

• Burn your candle for roughly two hours during its first burn. This will ensure that the entire first layer of wax becomes liquid and then resolidifies. If you don’t burn the candle for long enough, only the area around the wick will melt. This can lead to tunneling, in which only the center of the candle burns down, leaving a ring of hard wax around the sides of the candle vessel.

• Don’t burn the candle for more than four hours at a time. Once you get past the four-hour mark, the wax begins to super heat, which can reduce the candle’s scent. The candle vessel can also get to hot and crack.

• Always check that the wick is centered in the melted wax and regularly trim to about 1/4 inch tall before each burn.

• Don’t burn a candle all the way down. For safety measures, stop burning a candle when there is ¼ inch of wax left in the vessel.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended, or burn on or near anything that might catch fire, or try to move it while it is burning.

• Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.

• Be sure to place candle on a stable, heat resistant surface before lighting.

• Keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings and debris, including burnt matches.

• Be sure to extinguish and let cool if the candle flame becomes too high or flickers repeatedly.

• Store your wax melts in its original package, in a cool, dry place.

• The size of your area affects how strong the scent throw is. Larger areas will need more wax melts for a stronger scent. Our melts provide a strong scent throw in the first 10 - 20 minutes of melting. To guarantee a strong scent, let the melts melt entirely.

• Do not add too many wax melts to your warmers. This may cause hazardous spills.

• Only use in tea-light warmers or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts. Be sure to read and follow all instructions for your warmer before first use.

• Do not melt wax on stove or in a non-approved appliance.

• Never leave melted wax unattended around children or pets.

• Be sure to clear the wax surface of any dust or debris before your next melt.

• Discontinue use when less than 1/2 of wax remains or wax no longer produces a scent. Melting the wax beyond this point is a fire hazard.

• Please be sure to properly dispose of wax. Do not pour down drains or in toilet. Allow to completely cool before disposing.

Upon first use, dip your reeds in the diffuser oil and flip over to begin scent diffusion. Flip your diffuser reeds every 6-7 days thereafter to refresh the scent flow. Regular rotation of the reeds will decrease the longevity of the reed diffuser. Small spaces only require 3-5 reeds. Immediately clean up any spills.

  • Do not swallow
  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pet.
  • Avoid spilling oil on furniture, textiles, finished or porous surfaces as the oils may cause staining. Wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth.
  • Keep away from heat as this will encourage the fragrance oil to diffuse at a faster pace.
  • Use gloves when discarding used reeds.
  • Do not light reeds.

Our soaps typically last 2-3 weeks with daily use. Factors like lather, body hair, use frequency, and water type affect longevity. To prolong soap life, consider:

• It's best to store your soap in a place that will allow it to dry out between uses — we recommend using a Soap Saver Pad or a Wooden Soap Dish, which can usually double the life of our bars.

• After showering, give your bar a little shake before storing it away on the soap save pad, removing any excess water. We recommend placing the soap saver pad and wooden soap dish in the driest area of your shower or bath area.

• Use a loofah or shower cloth to create your soap lather, rather than using the bar directly under constant running water.
